Firstly the load is distributed evenly across the width of the belt; meaning there is low wear on the friction lining and stable running of the belt which results in a longer service life of the belt.
The RUD drive drum belt type bucket elevator with an interchangeable friction lining offers a friction lining that is easily exchanged when worn without having to remove the drum or opening of the belt. This makes it easy to maintain which reduces downtime and increases productivity.
The RUD parallel belt type bucket elevator tension unit ensures automatic extension of the belt, a low pre-tension force and therefore low loading. This design offers a maintenance free design and stable running of the belt.
